Please join us.   Harvest Moon Founding Member-Owner Distribution As a co-op, one thing that makes us different from other grocery stores, is that we were grown and are supported by our member-owners. Prior to opening, our Founding Member-Owners had the vision and the heart to embrace the opportunity of Harvest Moon in our community. The Founders were our first 1,000 members to join before the doors of the store swung open. Coops continually grow and develop, built by the member-owners, for a community. As a member-owner, you can be a contributing part of a strong community asset. We hope that you will support Harvest Moon with your membership. This is a one-time purchase of stock in the company, not an annual fee. As a stock owner you are entitled to a single vote in co-op business, will receive regular coop communications as well as member-owner coupons, discounts and extensive opportunities to learn and grow. To join Harvest Moon as a member-owner, please print and complete the attached application form. Please mail in your application with stock purchase, or bring it to us at the Customer Service Counter in our new store. See you at the Moon! All of your information is private and for Harvest Moon Natural Foods Coop use only.   Membership Agreement As a member, I understand these conditions: 1. I agree to buy 1 Class A (voting) share for $25.00 and 30 Class B (non-voting) shares at $5.00 each in the Harvest Moon Natural Foods Cooperative (the Co-op) for a total of $175.00. 2. I have seen and agree to the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation 3. I acknowledge the statement of Membership Provisions 4. I understand that this application is subject to acceptance by the Board of Directors of the Co-op and that my membership is subject to the Co-op Membership Provisions. 5. Once my membership has been approved, I understand I will receive my copy of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws with my Membership Notice.
